You can customize your product directly on the product page. Simply click on the product you’d like to personalize, and follow the prompts to upload an image (if applicable), enter your name, initials, or message, or choose the design details you want.
Make sure to double-check your personalization before adding the item to your cart!
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Each product is custom-made just for you. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
Once processed, most orders ship within 3–10 business days depending on your location.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Because each product is custom-made, we begin production shortly after you place an order. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but changes may not be possible once production has started.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We offer a 60-day refund policy. To be eligible, your return must follow our Return Policy guidelines. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 60 days of delivery.
