How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Each product is custom-made just for you. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
Once processed, most orders ship within 3–10 business days depending on your location.

Because each product is custom-made, we begin production shortly after you place an order. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but changes may not be possible once production has started.

Yes! We offer a 60-day refund policy. To be eligible, your return must follow our Return Policy guidelines. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 60 days of delivery.
